2. Finding your Triggers
Finding your triggers may be critical in order to prevent them or to developp helfull ways to calm them down. Often, many people find themselves feeling deep emotions when going through rejection, criticism, insecurity and feeing uneeded. There's many more but these are many people's main triggers.

3. Manage your Triggers
This is where the colour test will come in handy. Execute activities that make you feel at ease. For instance, when i get triggered, I walk and listen to true crime podcasts. It relaxes me and brings my mind to peace. Maybe for you, it's watching your favorite TV show, taking a bath, lighting up a candle or playing sports that makes you feel at ease. However, sometimes triggers don't happen in a safe place, that's why certain skills are primordial. Are you feeling overwhelmed, like you have a lot of things on your plate? Write yourself a "To Do List" everyday in order to stay productive and keep yourself on track. Set yourself for sucess. Are you feeling lonely and rejected? Validate your feelings with a trustworthy person or even with yourself. Communicate. Write how you feel in your private journal.
